Jack Chivers Realty Published Friday, September 09, 2005 J ack Chivers finalized the 2.8 million dollar acquisition of 62.6 acres of city commercial property for Menard Corporation. The Detroit Lakes Menards plans to break ground yet this fall and open doors on their 230,000 square foot facility before the fall of 2006.
