Kaitlyn ratchenski

Kaitlyn is originally from Thompson, North Dakota. A job opportunity and a love for MN lakes brought her and her husband to the Perham Community, where they have started raising a family.

Before their arrival to the area, she received a Medical Science Degree from MSUM and worked several years in Medicine in the Fargo-Moorhead area. She has a passion for interior design, home remodeling, and even runs her own home and lifestyle blog. Now, with a Real Estate career, Kaitlyn expertly connects with clients buying and selling in Lakes Country.
